Very clean and classy hotel the reception are very welcome and the receptionist who helped me speaks English French Spanish! The only thing that missing is a pool. Staff were friendly and the location is good. Breakfast was disappointing as the breakfast dinning area isn’t big enough. The staff were constant

We went there and everyone was really nice that the great service great attitude and we were asking them to print out stuff and they did without charging anything. This was a nicely located hotel in Barcelona. We arrived by plane at the BCN airport. It was very easy to get to this hotel from the airport. Just a 20 minute ride away with no transfers. Just a 20 minute ride away with no transfers. We had to walk about 4 blocks to get to the hotel from Barcelona Sants. Right next door there is a small grocery store that has all you need. Definitely recommend getting water as Barcelona tap water isn't that great. When we arrived our room was ready despite us being early by an hour. We were given free drink vouchers for the bar. The room was nice and clean. Room service was prompt and unobtrusive. When we checked out we left a couple of items behind. A few days later when we returned to Barcelona the hotel had our items wrapped up and waiting for us to pick up. That was a nice touch. I would stay here again.

Nice Hotel to Stay in Puerto de la Cruz

General overview(10/10): The hotel is nice. Placed close to the one of the beaches of Puerto de la Cruz, close to the city center, and other amenities (car rentals, restaurants, bars, etc.) is ideal if you want to be in the middle of the action.

The room(9.5/10): The room is ok. I stayed at the twin room with sea view on the 9th level. The view from the balcony was amazing. I managed to do great pictures and sunset timelapses from there. The beds we're comfortable, the bathroom was alright, warm water, everything clean. The only downside in my eye is the TV, which was quite old, but not a dealbreaker for me.
The Food & Drinks (10/10): I picked the All-Inclusive option which gave me the a wide spectrum of options when it comes to food and drinks. The drinks we're good, I had two options depending on the time of day. If I wanted to day-drink, I could do that at the pool bar, if I wanted to night drink, I could do that inside the hotel bar. From what I tested (Cuba Libre, Mojito, Tequila Sunrise, Black Russian, Gin Tonic, and more) the drinks we're good, I recommend them (if you're over 18, ofc). The food was also good, churros, sea food, American food, salads, fruits, desert, soft drinks, water, etc., there is something to eat for everybody.
The Pool (10/10): The pool was nice, a lot of space, a lot of sunbeds, and the pool bar was ideal. The pool can sometimes get pretty crowded (if in the middle of the season). Open from 10am to 6p.m, you can enjoy the summer in the sun. There is also a ping-pong table, they had only one pair of paddles and I would love to recommend the staff to buy another set, it's nice to play ping-pong in pairs.
The gym (10/10): I used it twice, not your typical gym, but more than enough to get your workout done even in holyday.
The Entertainment (10/10): Every night there was someone to entertain. From live music, to comedy shows, there wasn't a boring evening.

Just got back two days ago and what can I say? Firstly, rooms cleaned every day fresh towels there was rock hard tho. Food breakfast consisted of various array of pastries Lots of fruit cereals, yoghurt, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, omelette, bacon, beans, tomatoes, sausage, not English cookedJust got back two days ago and what can I say? I had choice of salmon duck veil, chicken turkey venison, pork chop also stews Pastas salads, soup of the day Potato fries, onion rings, squid rings, chicken nuggets, nice cheese board Lots of fruit and ice creams and various cakes.
Drinks the draft was San Miguel which was decent also also various spirits wines which were rather nice. Cannot say how people say they struggled to eat or drink. All in all a decent holiday for the price

The location is great! 10 min walk away from the main destination of Madrid. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious. Although the hotel is a bit old, everything went fine.
I was informed the hotel will have a r renovation soon, making it even better.

We arrived early, before check in, so we dropped off our bags and took of exploring the city. We went back at around 4pm after many hours walking around the city to check in. We stayed for three nights. Our room was on the 6th floor, it had a great walking shower with nice toiletries, large TV but only one English channel not that the TV was on much.
Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of cold meats, cheese, bread & rolls, pastries, fruit, juice, a coffee machine that was on 24hours.
Hotel is in a good location and we walked to all the main attractions that Madrid had to offer.
We would definitely stay here again if in Madrid.

Had a lovely experience staying at this hotel.
It’s walking distance to most attractions (within 15/20 mins), lots of shops and restaurants close by and so much to see in the local area.

The staff are lovely, very friendly and attentive to all your needs.
Having contacted the hotel in advance, they very kindly left balloons & chocolates in the room upon arrival for my partners birthday & then left him some cakes & a card on the actual day.
I would definately stay there again!

We opted for a family room with bunk beds for the kids, which worked out perfectly. The location is fantastic being so close to Grand Via, walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid and San Miguel Market there is a lot to like here.

We paid for the morning breakfast, which was basic but had something for everybody and was promptly restocked when items ran out.
The room was clean and had a turnover service if you wanted to opt in for.
We enjoyed our stay in Madrid and the hotel helped make our trip a pleasant one. Thank you Petit Palace Plaza España!

Room was fine. The staff on the other hand was a bit rude, got a big attitude several times. One time I wanted to order something to drink and forgot to add one drink, I told the waiter and she started rolling her eyes. The pool was nice for theRoom was fine. Nice and quiet hotel. Very good beds. Good location. We only ate dinner once. Its hard to complain about too Spanish food in Mallorca. But the food could be more International.

Perfect location-100m from the beach and the promenade where are many restaurants and shops, very close to the airport and 3 bus stops to Palma.

On arrival our room wasn't ready which was fine, because we knew check in was a later time than we arrived. The reception staff told us we could put our luggage into the luggage room & have a look around the hotel. When we got into the room, it was was ok, but some of the fixtures & fittings were in need of renewal. e.g. the sink in the bathroom had a crack in it & when we used the shower the water overflowed because it didn't drain away fast enough. The floor was quite dirty on our arrival & was only cleaned once, 12 days into our holiday. The maid made up the beds every day & changed our towels daily.
We were half board which was ok even though the menu was repetitive.
We used the indoor pool facilities but the water fountain into the indoor pool never worked the whole 2 weeks we were there & neither did the jacuzzi, even when we asked for it to be switched on. I also took up their offer of a ritual massage with local citrus oils as was described on the spa list of treatments, however when I got there I was advised that the citrus oils were not part of the massage despite the list stating otherwise, I was then advised that I could choose between several other oils at a further cost to myself & they would use that oil for my massage. You have no option but to pay it. The reception staff were great when we arrived & during our stay until it was time to leave, we asked if we could keep our room on because our flight was in the evening & were told no & that we could use the shower room to get ready later that day. On leaving we were told they would order a taxi for us & when we asked them to order one, they then told my partner he could go out on the street & flag one down which he did. The bar & restaurant staff were excellent.

I loved everything about this hotel, the staff, the location, the price. We normally stay in Bossa but the last time we went felt it had lost its appeal as it's so much busier as the two main clubs are now situated here. Ibiza town is just a short taxi ride and so we got the best of both worlds. Ibiza town is perfect for meals out in the day time as well as shopping and relaxing. The hotel is on the sea front so fantastic views, defo worth upgrading to a sea view room, it's clean, good wifi, rooms are spacious with a fridge and fantastic air con. Best thing about the hotel are the staff, from the lovely chap on reception, to the guys on the bar and the girl poolside making sure we always had drinks, food and clean towels :)

We stayed her for two nights and 2 days. The staff were friendly, accommodating and considerate. We were able to check in much later than advertised and leave our bags all day after we checked out.
We were also able to use their facilities and shower after check out.

The breakfast buffet was good value when included in your booking and overall the hotel deserves 3 stars when factoring everything in.
The room was ok, outside our window was a fire escape and ditch which had some
Unsavoury smells, photos attached of our room worthy of €5 a week.
The one questionable subject is the price. For two days and two nights we paid £550 which is €655 or $710.
When broken down it’s £275 per night. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties as highlighted in my reviews and I still cannot believe how overpriced Ibiza town, Figuertas and Playa d’en Bossa are.
In summary, it’s a good hotel, but certainly not warranting £275 per night.

Hotel and staff were very good as usual, stayed here many times. Only two things to consider, when booking if you want a sea view I’d recommend booking one, I’ve never known anyone get one without booking one. Only two things to consider, when booking if you want a sea view I’d recommend booking one, I’ve never known anyone get one without booking one. The standard rooms are street view, not really what you would call “city view “. The other thing is it would be nice if tea/coffee facilities were available in the room. Other than that I would recommend staying here, lovely hotel and extremely convenient for local beach and getting into Ibiza Town.

I can only say great things about this hotel. Everything from the cleanliness, my wonderful king size bed, and the friendly staff, made my stay great. It was a bit of distance away from the historic center of town. BUT, taking a taxi wasn't very expensive. And there was alsoI can only say great things about this hotel. BUT, taking a taxi wasn't very expensive. And there was also a tram that was easy to get to. Overall, despite the distance, it was pretty easy getting to and from the historic sights. And there were usually taxis available right in front of the hotel. Overall, I was very happy with my stay!

The hotel was very clean and neat. Staff polite and courteous. We had a fruit tray welcoming us in the room when we arrived. They ensured we head plenty of bottled water throughout our stay. Small bathroom for a family, and should have a real door as opposed to only a thin glass door. But other than that, an excellent hotel. Breakfast was the high point, super varied and amazing quality items. We have just spent a great week at the Sentido Aequora Suites. We were a large group of 14. Me, my husband, 3 daughters and son in laws and 6 grandkids. Everything at the hotel was great. All the staff work so hard and were all so friendly and helpful.We have just spent a great week at the Sentido Aequora Suites. We were a large group of 14. Big thank you to the animation team, who looked after all of us in the daytime and the evening. They all work so hard. The evening shows were great, especially the lion king which was amazing.

The whole experience was good. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food was good quality and varied for breakfast and evening meal in the buffet restaurant. We used the snack bar every lunch time, which was also nice. Burgers, hotdogs, pizzas etc..

The entertainment - The live music wasn’t on every night and the standard was usually good. One night it was a little less than enthusiastic, but still in tune.
The animation team were totally amazing. They all work so hard. They all made an unbelievable effort to look after the guests and get to know everyone. The shows were also of a high standard. The lion king was undoubtedly the highlight. They all worked so hard on the daytime activities too. Francesca was brilliant. Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious. She worked so hard and genuinely seemed to love every second of it. The whole animation team are an amazing group of people. They made the holiday special for us.

Fabulous hotel, couldn’t fault anything, the rooms and facilities were all top notch.
There’s 4 pools to choose from and all were very inviting and the food was really really good.
All of the staff were very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

Firstly, if you are thinking about booking this hotel, do it now. As family with children or as a couple, there is something for everyone.
The hotel is pristine, rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. There is an adults only restaurant and the main restaurant wich were immaculately presented.Firstly, if you are thinking about booking this hotel, do it now. As family with children or as a couple, there is something for everyone.
The hotel is pristine, rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. There is an adults only restaurant and the main restaurant wich were immaculately presented. The Kids Club is amazing and a special mention to all the animation team for their dedication to the children and the entertainment. It has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed at for this. In particular a big shout out to Affid for his energy and making my daughter Ella's time at kids Club, she will miss you!
My only very small complaint is that the pools are cold, and with the wind in Lanzarote, it can make it a little chilly.
The all inclusive drink selection is good with slushys for the kids and an array of soft drinks, aswell as all your spirts and Amstel on tap. Snack are available all day so no one goes hungry!
Great hotel for all! Hats of to Sendito Aequora and all thier amazing staff!

Fantastic hotel. Very relaxing around the 5 pools . Pool area and grounds are massive, with cosy areas all with sunbeds the pool area being so big it has a strange calming effect . Cleanliness, every area cleaner than hospital ward .
Plenty bars for drinks and snacks and some nice themed buffet restaurants on site for your evening meal. You have to book the restaurants asap we missed earlier slots but got in later 8.45 pm.
European mix of people , mostly Spanish , Dutch and German I think . The atmosphere was really nice , no idiots apart from us.
Out of hotel and your in the resort, shops nice bars and a large sandy beach at Maspalomas.
Went to 19th hole for football just out of the hotel, beat spurs , that was excellent and decent prices for me and the bairn .
Time zone is the same so no confusion on my part for a change.

Return transfer was awful about 10 stops all around Maspalomas. Took well over an hour , Howay Tui sort that out.
Airport was shocking, the que for family’s was massive and delayed our flight and I think Edinburgh, not sure if that’s the norm ?
Absolute shambles , if the Airport want to discuss this further just drop me a line. I was sat watching the catastrophe unfold unfortunately so were they !
Terrific holiday a fantastic island , spoilt by Boarding control.
Get yasel there you won’t be disappointed .

My daughter and I stayed here last year. We arrived the day after the opening from the refurbishment. We absolutely loved it and re booked again for this year. We have just returned home and I am very disappointed as it was not the same as last year.

The pools are great. However, you can no longer play ball games in the main big pool. You have to use the smallest pool. There are plenty of sunbeds.
The RIU party night was brilliant.
The food was nice, but not the same as last year. There were theme nights this year, not as much.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and are very clean.
Staff are absolutely brilliant apart from the hotel manager.
I will not be returning to this hotel as I had things taken from the room. I bought some Sol de Janeiro products from the airport not to use on holiday, but to use at home, I left these in an empty hand luggage bag which was left in the wardrobe on the top shelf. I did not know these had been taken untill I was packing to return home. I spoke to the hotel manager who was very rude and arrogant he basically called me a LIar as his staff don't take anything. I spoke to Jo, the TUI rep who was brilliant and very apologetic, however this should have been the responsibility of the hotel Manager not the TUI Rep. As I was leaving I didn't see the point going to the police. The items weren't too expressive, but that's not the point. Knowing someone has gone through my belongings is very invasive.

Lovely hotel and food.
Couple of things however I was disappointed in. There are 6 pools and you can only use an inflatable and play with a ball in the smallest pool.
The daytime entertainment is not great and there is only an hour in the evening.
No music at the poolside.

A lovely (very big) hotel with lots of positives but it’s noisy. All day, every evening and the rooms are noisy. I agree with all the positive reviews and things people have said but this is not the place for you if you want a peaceful relaxing holiday.
