chai taeng & pong were fab concierge service ever . Good boys. Good job.
the hotel is central with views of the cityscape and a canal with water taxis going everywhere.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to everywhere, including a short walk to the MRT. The on-site restaurants and bars are wonderful, offering a great dining experience. Benihana always rocks and cleaning of the hotel is on top notch! Highly recommended!

This hotel is located in southern Thailand, perfectly positioned at the secluded end of Samui's most beautiful beach. I love Amari Resort in Koh Samui for the hospitality, food quality in Amaya and Spa.

Food was certainly very nice in Amaya, Breakfast is huge and so much to choose from Thai to European selection, food variety and make your own fresh juice, bakeries and huge selection at the live cooking area. Lunch in Amaya have great selection and taste is very good.
Spa is really top and they are really very professional. Massage was very relaxing as the team is professional, treatment room are very neat, the refreshments are so unique.
Prego Italian restaurant set up is great and wine selection is good. We went there mainly due to the extensive advertisement on big boards all around Samui. Food lacks seasoning, the bread was surely stale, eating grissini and focaccia with a tasteless tomato sauce which could have been a sun dried tomato dip could have been better. The pizza needs improvement as the base was soggy. The salad had pesto which was definitely a ready made, seafood was overcooked. Bruschetta with chunks of tomato is not easy to eat, sure they look good but when you bite half fell apart. Tiramisu did not even feel like the savoiardi biscuit was dipped in espresso but it was more creamy dessert. I tried some very good Italian restaurants around the world from Europe to Middle East and East Asia. It is below average in Prego. Definitely they need an improvement in food or the chef lacks expertise. Service was good!
I will surely go back.

Had a 3 week stay at the Amari and I cannot fault it at all, we had a poolside room which was overlooking a fantastic pool, the room itself was very nice and well maintained on a daily basis.

I cannot say enough about how great the staff were….nothing seemed like a problem for them. The breakfast selection was vast and always good.
Not that we used it but the kids club always looked a hit with the kids as they always seemed very eager to go in and sad to leave.
I highly recommend the Amari and will be back😁

We had a wonderful time & their staff particularly Pop & Runnie were especially helpful and friendly, making our stay extremely enjoyable. They went out of their way to make us happy. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Kalim Bay in a pool villa, made so much better by the very professional and kind staff, especially head wait staff at the Latitude restaurant Ms Kel Kel who went out of her way to make us feel very welcome and special. Excellent in every way. Located about a 20 minute drive from Ao Nang town, this is a beach front property that is a true blue 5 star resort. Located about a 20 minute drive from Ao Nang town, this is a beach front property that is a true blue 5 star resort. We were in a Club Deluxe sea view room that was lovely (though very dimly lit). A spacious, well designed bathroom came with every amenity that one would expect in a hotel of this calibre. We had access to the excellent Club Lounge that served a la carte as well as buffet snacks from 11am to 8pm every day. Had a lovely Italian meal at the beautiful Limoncello restaurant, & drinks at the atmospheric Cocovida Bar. The hotel grounds are large & immaculately maintained. Golf carts are required to move around & they were available very promptly whenever needed. The staff were ever smiling & helpful & in our case, went above & beyond by calling for some fruit that my wife wanted from a nearby market. Breakfast at the Mangosteen's restaurant was fabulous - huge spread & excellent quality. The beach on which the hotel is located was superb - large, clean & devoid of crowds. Right outside the hotel are a few decent massage parlours, a some cafes & restaurants, & tour agents where one can book sightseeing tours. Overall a great experience that we would definitely recommend!

Lovely restful stay in a lovely hotel sort of near the beach in Krabi. (Read 2 books in 5 days)....The hotel is set quite a walk back from the beach by large grounds and lagoon which I found a bit unattractive. Had to walk to one pool to get towels for the other pool, a bit annoying. Only 2 sort of beach front bars which was disappointing. Water-sports facilities which to me should have been free to guests, were pretty pricey - after all this is a 5* hotel.... Breakfasts ok, but often a queue for a table. Didn't eat dinner here as preferred to go out. There were a few good bars in town, and also a few restaurants further along the beach which to us were far more attractive, busy and buzzing. Overall a nice hotel, but a bit on the quiet side especially at night when everybody disappeared by 9pm and there was no hotel bar to socialise in.

Excellent hotel - location as well as the property. Highlights were the very clean and huge private beach accessibility from the hotel was great , the super clean and large pool with the poolside bar, the evening snacks in the club house.
