Travelodeal acknowledges your complaint shortly after it’s submitted. While we aim to resolve most complaints much faster, it may take up to 28 days to respond. This is because we work with various international suppliers and often need to contact them to investigate your complaint further. We typically give our suppliers 15 days to reply, though in some cases, it may take longer. There’s no need to reach out for updates—our customer support team will contact you as soon as we have all the information needed.

If you want to cancel your booking, or any part of it for a group booking, we need your written consent. For group bookings, the lead name must provide their written approval. We will only accept cancelation requests sent by email if they come from the email address originally used by the person who made the booking. 

Cancelation charges will apply as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. These charges are based on the date we receive your written authorization. 

If your baggage is damaged, report it right away when you arrive at the airport. Most airlines have a baggage help desk in the baggage claim area where you can file a report, called a Property Irregularity Report (PIR). You’ll also need to submit a written claim to the airline within seven days. Keep in mind that having a PIR doesn’t guarantee the airline will approve your claim. If they do, they may cover the repair costs or provide replacement baggage. It may be more beneficial to file a claim with your travel insurance, as airlines often don’t cover the full value of lost, delayed, or damaged items. Be sure to check your policy’s deadline for filing a claim.

Travel documents are usually sent by email or mailed 7 to 10 days before your departure. If your booking was confirmed within 14 days of travel, you may receive your documents up to 48 hours before your flight. If you can't access your emails and need a copy of your confirmation, you can retrieve all your documents from the 'Manage My Booking' section on our website. 

If you haven't received your tickets three days before your departure, please call us at 1-844-592-1515 with your booking reference. 

Each airline has its own rules for seat assignments. If you want a seat with extra legroom, most airlines will charge a fee to upgrade to premium seats. You will need to contact your airline directly to request these seats.

If you want to change the pick-up time for any reason, you'll need to confirm this directly with the transfer provider when you check the pick-up time. 

The baggage allowance varies based on the airline you are flying with, whether it’s a short or long-haul flight, and your vacation package or flight-only deal. Most airlines allow you to increase your luggage for a fee, and each airline has its own policy regarding the maximum weight allowed.

If you would like to bring the pickup time forward for any reason, you will need to confirm this with the transfer provider directly when you confirm your pick up time.

Once Travelodeal issues the refund, it is processed immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund or cancellation is processed. However, it usually takes 1 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on how quickly your bank processes transactions.
