Great hotel, amazing staff

We are just back from our 1st holiday in Palma and we had the best time in the friendliest hotel. The staff here are amazing, especially Antonio, Julian and our lovely bar lady from Argentina whose name I still cannot pronounce! Perfect location, great staff and extremely relaxing atmosphere. Loved it, we will be back next year

What fabulous Hotel, such relaxed vibe with some playful happy philosophy , staff t shirts , lovely touches like foot shaped spa slippers, ‘smile’ on toiletries and lovely door signs when ‘dreaming’ and ‘exploring’ … break was delicious and fantastic selection. Pool area was immaculate . Our suite was also immaculate and cleaned to a very high standard daily. Let’s not forget the staff, they are very welcoming and also very ‘chilled’ promoting the relaxed atmosphere, would definitely recommend

The house keeping was very dirty they throw the dirty materials at your clothes even the garbage they throw it at my clothes without any sorry even I don’t recommend it at all but the rest is very nice even the location was good and the room quit a
