What amazing hotel this is r fourth time here we were here for two week from the 14th September for 2 weeks with friends rooms 114 and115 ok so u will here a lot of lies on here so I will put u all right with no lies because we have bin here 4 times so let’s get started so there is no subbed war here there r plenty of beds here .the pools r cleaned ever day the cleaners clean around the pool every day and it is very clean .restaurant very clean and very .good food staff work very hard in restaurant and very friendly all the time they can’t do a enough for u the .the Italian restaurant is amazing to..they clean your rooms every other day and they do amazing job to.there is six pools and all amazing and clean the adult only pool has it own bar .so I could go on and on but this hotel is amazing and it will keep getting better and better will have booked for next year with friends all ready I would like to thank the manager frederic. Sergeant and his team for a wonderful stay and can’t wait until next year thank you .so for the people how put bad reviews on here about this hotel r telling a lot of lies. thank u once again.dean .jane .Sean. Our holiday started off a bit rocky, our air-conditioning didn't work and it took almost 3 days to sort out, we kept getting palmed off with different excuses but it was quite obvious the air con in the room has never worked, looked like it was installed in 1998, we were greatful when we received the portable air-conditioning unit as our 2 nights of no sleep were over. When we arrived we received a food pack as it was late which we appreciated. Rooms are OK, light spacious but need a good scrub, the table outside was virtually black instead of white, the bathtub had some weird stain in the middle of it. The tiny ants woke me up most mornings (we started off with these in the room straight away and we never left any rubbish out as this would probably encourage them) The food is like everyone has said, very repetitive and unappetising (and I'm not a fussy eater at all). Breakfast was probably the only thing I enjoyed. I liked they had salad options. The snack bar was pretty poor too. I've been to plenty of 3* hotels but this wasn't what I expected for £700 pp for a week. We ate out most nights. The pool area is clean and well maintained, slides really good for children, but activities in the day are lacking, I saw aqua dance 1 day and it was lacking in enthusiasm. I have saw prev review pictures of inflatables and foam parties?? Not sure where this was since we didn't even travel out if season. Entertainment was basically singers every night and I felt so sorry for the 1 person on the bar as there would always be a queue of 20+ people especially at the bar closing time. The town isn't far away, if you fancy a takeaway and like asian food, the food corner is down the road, cheap and the best Asian takeaway food I've ever had! Spring rolls 6 for €1.80 is insane. The strip is full of shops and entertainment, the music square is great, la tasca, Asia garden and poco loco are great restaurants. All in all I wouldn't stay here again but would return to fuerteventura.
