      Booking was confirmed then card declined by the property - we made bookings in other parts of Portugal on the same day and card was accepted and have checked card was fine. Judging by other reviews...

      This hotel is horrible. The A/C was non existent in the room and they refuse to move us to another room. They suggested we purchase another room. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
