Excellent central hotel with warm welcome

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Prague. The location is perfect super central, just steps from great restaurants, shopping, and attractions like the Kafka Head sculpture.The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and feels fresh and modern. From the moment we arrived, the reception team greeted us with genuine smiling faces and made us feel truly welcome. A big shout-out to Kieran (sorry if I’ve spelled it wrong!) he was fantastic, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.I also really appreciated the thoughtful freebies waiting for us in the room a nice personal touch that made us feel valued.The only thing I can’t comment on is breakfast, as I didn’t try it during our stay. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, central, and friendly base in Prague. I’d definitely return!Thank you to the whole team! 🙏

Just an OK hotel

The location of the hotel is good for basing yourself in the city, is walking distance for everything. The hotel in general is ok, that's about it. The staff are welcoming. The breakfast is good and has a good choice. We were allocated two rooms on the 4th floor. These rooms have been squeezed into what must have been the loft space of the building , with huge beams criss crossing the accommodation. ( Rooms 401, 402)The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom, but both poorly appointed. There was a wardrobe in the room, but fitted and cut around a huge beam that ran through it giving limited hanging space. There was shelf missing. The was no chest of drawers in the room, no mirror and a small fridge plonked on floor with mini bar items. There was no coat hooks in the room. The bed although very comfortable had no space around it (approximately 10 inches either side) making it hard the get in and out. There was no blackout blind on the Velux window. The bathroom had no place to store toiletries. The shower was Ok but small, and dated. In conclusion you would describe it as quirky. There must be better rooms judging by the brochure. It was acceptable for 3 nights, No more.

The hotel exceeded all expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the beautiful and clean rooms to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and truly luxurious. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food, and the location was very convenient. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel comfortable and welcome. I had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.
