      We had enjoyed during our stay in the hotel, accessible it is nearby tram station and bus too, and has accomodating staff. Thanks to them

      The location of the hotel was poorly illuminated, no lights at back gates. There was two surface spot lights which was not working. Hotel was also not very well signposted
