    Could be better

I chose this hotel because of the privat beach but unfortunately it is forbidden there to swim. Food is just average. I never saw so lazy pool-boys before. Except giving us the towels they did nothing but hided on the floor behind the counter with their mobile phones.Guests must prepare deck chairs with mattress and parasols by themselves. Rake the sand on the beach once the day would make a huge difference of the look of the hotel but has never been done.Very ugly reception but friendly stuff.Rooms are nice and clean.Distance to Labuan Bajo is ok and taxi or Hotel shuttle cost only 3,50 Euro one way.

Bring Earplugs and Face Mask for the Smoke

Trash is burned at the adjacent property, there is no sound proofing (in fact you can quite clearly hear a lot of unfortunate activity from your neighbors), shower had no hot water, internet did not work, restaurant/pool was very limited and extremely expensive.

    Not brilliANT!

    rating16 Jul 2025

The hotel looked ok in the lobby etc. The room we had was quite spacious and was clean and tidy. The bathroom could have been cleaner. There was black mould around the bottom of the shower unit and water splash marks on the walls around the toilet. At breakfast I opted for cereal from the dispencer. When I added the milk loads of ants evacuated the bowl! The beach ,pool and bar area looked good though. We only stayed the one night and was glad we did.

Quiet hotel with nice rooms and pool/beach

    rating19 Jun 2025

When looking into where to stay in Labuan Bajo, we saw a lot of reviews about places commenting on how noisy they were. So this quiet hotel about 8 minutes away (by motorbike/car) from the main street in Labuan Bajo was a great find. The rooms are large and seem relatively new. There's a restaurant, a pool, and a small beach. While it was a bit inconvenient that it wasn't really within walking distance of the main part of town, I think that was worth the tradeoff of staying in a quieter area.

Average and overpriced but trying hard

    rating12 Mar 2025

Average hotel in a small town where what hotels there are, are overpriced for the standard. We had a deluxe room which was perfectly ok but nothing special. Good nights sleep and a/c functional. Breakfast options are poor and the room is open air so rather warm. It also means the food laid out like pastries and bread are pray to the local wildlife especially the birds. Terrible stewed coffee.WE dined one night and my Nani goring was superb however I did suffer some tummy issues the next 48 hours. The hotel is too far out of the main town to be safe to walk in and back as there are no street lights. We stayed here as a jump off point for boats to Komodo island and thats really the only point to stay here right now.Pool area is nice and well kept but as others have mentioned the small private beach has a plastic problem and there were workers burning plastic and garden rubbish directly next door on the beach during our visit.
