I booked this hotel for 2 nights, and from the very first night I reported that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Nothing was done. When I came back later that evening, the room was still extremely hot, even though outside temperatures were around 35°C (95°F).I called the front desk multiple times throughout the night. I was told they controlled the AC system remotely and that they would “fix it.” Hours passed and nothing changed. Around midnight, after my FOURTH call, I was finally told there was nobody available to repair the AC and no rooms available to switch me to.I had booked two rooms for my family, and the heat in my room was unbearable, so I ended up sleeping in my mother’s room because my own room was impossible to stay in.What made the situation even worse was the dishonest response afterward. When I complained, the hotel falsely claimed that:I was offered a room upgrade (I was not)The AC had been repaired (it absolutely had not)They provided compensation (allowing me to drink the complimentary water already inside the minibar is NOT compensation)They even gave a completely false version of events to the booking company when I escalated the issue.So if you are sensitive to heat, expect basic customer service, or simply want a hotel that will not lie to cover up problems, I strongly recommend staying literally anywhere else on the same street or even across the road. That is exactly what I did on the second night after they once again claimed the AC had been fixed and the room was still hot.One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Wonderful experience. Perfect location- across from the railway station and walking distance to all tourists attractions. Enjoyed every bit of it. I highly recommend the hotel

Just returned from a holiday in Italy, where we visited Como, Milan and Florence. We stayed at this hotel on two occasions due to the perfect location to Milano Centrale station. The hotel was clean with nice air con. The two Fredericas on reception were great, polite, and super helpful with our stay. They even put some balloons in our room as it was my wife's birthday. They upgraded our room free of charge too, which was a great touch. Thank you again Frederica. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Within 1 minute walking to the metro, 2 minutes to the bus stop, and 3-4 minutes to the tram and Central train station.
