This hotel is a little gem in the Ragusa area.I had already stayed here in 2008, and nothing has changed in terms of quality—if anything, it’s even improved.The staff are knowledgeable and extremely kind, customer service is top-notch, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and well-furnished.But in my opinion, the real value of staying here lies in the serene energy you feel. It’s as if your body and mind synchronize with this patient, constant energy, which ultimately allows you to breathe a sigh of relief and shed the stress you arrived with—the stress you carry home from a life that’s perhaps a bit too hectic.Bravi!

Mouldy and needs a Reno

The minute I went into my room you could smell the mould. The bathroom needs either a deep clean or a total Reno,Carpets in the hallways were faded and buckled - major trip hazard.Although the reception area looked nice that didn’t flow through to the rooms.Service in the restaurant was abysmal - 2 hrs to put together a plate of cold meat & cheese, did not appear to have enough staff in the kitchen. All I could see was one poor man who was ran ragged.Unless they did a major revamp I would not stay here again

Large hotel with spacious outdoor pool, nice indoor bar, lounge and restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable, many with balconies. Traveled with tour group and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Dining spaces and options well planned.Short walk to waterfront with other restaurants

Dirty with rude and unhelpful staff

This hotel was very disappointing. The lobby was large and inviting but our room was dirty and reeked of mold. The bathroom was particularly gross and dirty. The staff throughout the hotel were rude and disinterested. Ragusa is lovely, do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel!
