    Location

    The hotel lies directly on the wide, white sand beach in the hotel quarter, beautifully situated between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon. A diversity of entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are all to be found nearby (within 30 m). The centre of Cancún and the airport are both roughly a 25-minute drive away.

    Facility

    334 rooms and 16 suites are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden.     Meals

    Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can dine in a non-smoking restaurant with an area for smokers. All-inclusive can be booked. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for dinner). Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.
