    Great Location, but Keep an Eye on Your Belongings and Wallet

    Good hotel with a great location, but it was very busy and that you have to pay more than x20 the original price for water bottles. We had forgotten a coat at the reception and when we came looking for it the next morning, the reception have said that its nowhere to be found. So beware of your belongings and come well packed (water and towels!!)     Amazing Experience at the Hotel El Andalous

    We spent the weekend at Hotel El-Andalous in Marrakech with my husband and our two young adult children (22 years old and 21 years old) from Montreal, Canada.We are a family that travels a lot, and I can honestly say that this hotel provided some of the best customer service and overall experience we have ever had. From the buffet, the pool bar (Reda), and the spa (my daughter had a hammam with Amal), to the reception staff and the doorman, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive.What we loved most, besides the outstanding service, was the hotel itself. It has kept its authentic Moroccan charm, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our suite was adorable, and we truly loved the atmosphere — it made us feel completely immersed in Morocco.The value for money is absolutely worth it, and the location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. Our kids were going out at night: cafe, casino and night clubs.Also, if you stay there, there is a coffee shop near the hotel that serves an amazing espresso.
