I read all kinds of negatives about this hotel, but my experience was excellent. I had a single room, which was clean, comfortable with excellent quiet air conditioning. Fabulous shower. The staff were very welcoming. It is situated an easy walk away from the old town which is fabulous. I enjoyed the breakfast and the little bottle of iced water was very welcome on arrival. Highly recommended. Excellent value for the money.

Fantastic Break in Ibiza Town

My Daughter and I have just returned from a 4 Day Break staying at Royal Plaza Hotel. It was lovely. The Staff are so helpful and the rooms are kept immaculate. We had lovely friendly staff looking after our room and nothing was too.much fo them. The beddng and towels were lovely and fresh. From walking into the Hotel the Reception we felt welcommed. Location ideal, felt vefy safe. The Roof Top area a bonus and very relaxing. The Old Town really beautiful, interesting shops and lovely cafe culture. The Castle area can be quite a steep walk but has good steps, justbtake your time ( would not go in the rain quite slippery ) if not wearing suitable footwear but well worth the lovely interesting places along the way, shops, village and views. A living village full of quirky shops. The area has a brilliant taxi service and we travelled to various locations, very reasonable. Some great eateries too along and behind the harbour. A very chilled break and something for everyone, cultered or party whatever your taste. The cafe's selling coffee and cakes are excellent...Hopefully we will be returning as so much more to see of this beautiful Island.

Amazing hotel in a brilliant location

This hotel exceeded expectations! It is right in the centre of Ibiza, 5 minutes walk from the port and the old town and about 15 minutes taxi from the airport. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The fridge came with a bottle of water on arrival. The bed was very comfortable and shower had great pressure. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was able to store my bags after checking out as I had a late flight and the concierge kindly arranged a taxi to collect me from the hotel. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Ibiza Town.

Great hotel and a short walk to the old town so area was quiet. Rooms are nice and so clean..The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bed and pillows were comfortable, towels and a small bottle of water were replenished every day We had a lovely stay. Breakfast was not included and there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms but would definitely return.

Pretty basic hotel- definitely not a 4* - no drink facility in the room/ kettle etc, no iron in the hotel- even though there was a laundry service. Breakfast was only ok - some staff were dismissive and rudeOur room overlooked local apartments- we could see in and vice versa I assume- which made a balcony pointless as we didn’t want to sit on it !Pool was ok but quite small.
