    This pleasant hotel is situated in the heart of Madrid, only minutes from Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the centre of the city.     The hotel was built in 1920. 12 suites, 20 single rooms and 44 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room.       The Petit Palace Preciados hotel is very centrally located, and the rooms are very clean. We loved the breakfast and the space where it was served, and Carolina was very helpful and kind to us.
