10 Nights - Amsterdam, Paris & London Or Dublin W/Air

Great modern hotel in a good location far enough out of the centre to make it more reasonably priced but near enough to be just 2 metro stops to Centraal Station. Paid €21.50 per person extra at the hotel for the buffet breakfast which was lovely. Bathroom with walk in shower was great. My only complaint about my stay was the mirror in the bathroom was put on the wall far too high! I’m 5’4” & I could only see from my neck up in it. There was a round magnifying mirror lit up set in the big mirror but I had no hope of seeing in that! It was however the right height for my partner who’s 6’2”!

Good 1. Nice location, as its very near to Noord Metro station, rooms are very clean, most of it is automated and secure as everything is linked to your key card. 2. You can checkout until 12pm. 3. As the metro station is just few steps away from the hotel, you can get to Amsterdam Central in 5 minutes in the metro, which is a very good plus to the hotel. 4. On the top floors you get to view all the roads, which is good as to view something out of your windows. Bads- my view 1. No phone in the room, though you can contact the reception through a QR code, which is good but still I prefer a phone. 2. I did not find some essentials like dental kit, shower cap, q tips which most of them give. I guess you can ask for them using the app again(which I don’t prefer much, again my opinion) Other than that, I found everything else very good.

The hotel location is excellent. The hotel it is not in the center, but it was few steps from Noord Station that is 10 mins away from the Central Station that provided us with very easy access to Amsterdam Center & Day Trips providers. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The room size is good but our main concern was the bed size. We booked a double bedroom due to lack of twin bedrooms. The double bed is queen size, and it is quite small and not very comfortable. Luca was very supportive and he moved us to a bigger room with twin beds but we noticed that even the twin beds are small but we managed. We also had an issue with the hotel chat when we reported a shower defect and it was not addressed (no phones are provided in the hotel). After following up, we were contacted through WhatsApp and issue was solved. Also, we were unable to control the AC temperature so the room was warm sometimes. This was not a big issue as we stayed during winter but it can be an issue during summer.

We stayed at Villa Alessandra for 4 days. We arrived really late and were greeted kindly by the staff at reception. They helped us with the luggage to our room which was very kind. The breakfast was always fresh and really good especially their breads, croissants and pain au chocolate. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. The hotel is near a great market that was open every day selling loads of great produce from fruit and vegetables to cheeses and different types of meats. It is situated close to Arc de Triomphe and has some good connections to the whole city. If you would like something good to eat make sure you check Atelier du Marche and Dada which are both really close to the hotel and are open until really late. We will definitely return.

We totally enjoyed our stay! All staff, custodial to front desk, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very clean and as depicted on the hotel website. Staff are fluent in English. We booked a double room and single room. Double room was spacious and minibar was well stocked. Air condition did not cool adequately in single room and my daughter was immediately moved to a new room. Single room is small but typical size for Paris accommodations. Tastefully decorated. Hotel is quiet and beds sleep well. Custodial staff cleaned daily and towels and toiletries were updated as needed. Remember to pack face towels. Only bath towels and hand towels are provided. Breakfast is offered daily 7am-10am. Good variety of croissants, pastries, granola, nuts, coldcuts, cheeses, dried fruits, jams, honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, various juices, and coffee. About a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 30 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Plenty of restaurants and banks within walking distance of the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here on our return trip.

The hotel is in the middle of hammersmith high street and very close to the tube stations giving easy access to the rest of London, there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and darts close to the hotel. at first sight the hotel seems to be comfortable and clean but there is a constant damp smell in the room which makes it hard to sleep and makes the room feel dirty and gives the room an unclean atmosphere. The dressing table is not big enough to hold a laptop which made working in the room impossible, Breakfast arrived in a little box and is OK but not enough to fill you up. and all in all made the stayed my stay very disappointing. So despite first impressions I do not think i shall de returning.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay / experience at Seraphine! I arrived later in the evening and right from the start my visit was a positive one with Aranit who was at the reception desk when i arrived. He was extremely personable, friendly, and even took my suitcase up to my room since the elevator was out at the time even though it was not necessary. Azim and the other fellow at the front desk during the day were also very gracious and friendly. I was luckily upgraded to room 121, which is room to accommodate the disabled. The room was very spacious and someone else said the same thing -- the bathroom was huge! Both the room and bathroom was extremely clean. I was happily surprised by the breakfast box that was delivered every morning (I didn't realize it was included in my reservation). I wouldn't say this part of Hammersmith is particularly charming though there is a charming, warm pub nearly across the street (Hammersmith Ram). That said, everything you need is on King Street in terms of shops. it's a short walk to the Hammersmith tube station so a great option if you're going to / from Heathrow airport (about 45 minutes door to door). Plus, most of the time you're out and about in London so it's great to be so close to the Picadilly, District, and Hammersmith & City lines. The Hammersmith tube station itself is also quite nice with many shops, bakeries, food establishments, etc. I used to live in London and visit as much as I can from NYC. My experience at the Seraphine was definitely the best hotel I've stayed at given the economical prices and location. I will definitely be returning. Had a recent lovely stay at Cassidys. First I feel i must thank two staff members who excelled at their work. First, Nicole at reservations, who found me a room at short notice. Tracey in the breakfast area, who kept the Coffee coming swiftly each morning. It does indeed seem unfair not to mention all the excellent and professional staff at Cassidys - those at Reception and the staff at the bar restaurant and the private restaurant. Accommodation excellent, very clean , Rooms with tea/coffee making facilities. En-suite with everything that was need for the traveller. I have stayed for many years at this hotel and always feel I am home. A big advantage for me is the private parking at the rear of the hotel. I highly recommend this charming hotel, for a short break or longer. Very well situated for shopping, theatre, or sight seeing. Thank you all so much for making my stay so very memorable.

First time visiting Dublin, booked hotel and flights via British Airways. Staff very helpful and attentive. Requested extra towels, not a problem. Nice room with large comfy bed, bathroom with large walk-in shower. Great food. Restaurant inside of hotel, this is area where breakfast is served. Ample choice of cereals, juice, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and cooked breakfast. Bar area also serves food until 21.30 hrs, had a great burger and fries. Ideal location close to O'Connell Street and City Centre, not to mention close to coach stop (airbus 700) for Dublin Airport. Would recommend and would return.
