Good hotel wrong location and a bit smelly

My wife and I booked a king-size bed room on booking dot com, on checking they tried to give us 2 separate beds and told we have to wait 1 and a half hours for the next available room, the balcony doesn't have any furniture (table or chairs). The walk in shower is built into the room so the steam fills your room among other smells. We complained to the night manger and he said that where fully booked without even checking his screen, baring in mind its the start of the rainy season. There's only one rooftop bar, the main one is closed and has been for 3 months. The hallway smelt damp and muggy . The hotel in on a motorway with nonstop traffic so u have to walk 10 minutes to the junction just to get a cab because the 3 lane traffic is backed up to the hotel. Nice hotel with nice staff (especially Chalee) convenient pool. We had a small issue in the dim sum restaurant but this was solved in an excellent way by the hotel manager!!! Sky bar is worth visting and breakfast is okay. House keeping wasn't top noch (shampoo didn't get a refillNice hotel with nice staff (especially Chalee) convenient pool. Thanks to the staff, I was able to catch a taxi in time to catch my flight home. I had it arranged for 500 baht. This is cheaper than using Grab. We were very impressed. The hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so nice from the moment we got out of the car. A staff member Chalee and Eve was very help with finding transport and just friendly willing to chat. It’s a family friendly hotel. I would definately visit here again . The zoomThe hotel was amazing!!! The staff were so nice from the moment we got out of the car. Visited here for the first leg of our Thailand holiday. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suite, which was lovely as we arrived way before we could check in. The room was huge & very spacious but definitely not a 5 star, the bathroom was quite dirty, panels were broken, there was also a horrible smell. We were only staying 2 nights so it didn’t matter. The pool was lovely & clean. Prices were very expensive compared to Bangkok & you get charged service charge even for a croissant! Overall it was fine, the staff were OK but some looked put out when you asked for anything. It was quite out of the way, so we found ourselves getting Grabs/ TukTuk/ SkyTrain. Probably a lot better in Bangkok for similar price

Amazing place with amazing staff and views, great room cleaners, extremely friendly and always makes us feel home. I LOVE THIS PLACE! I want to come here every year. The rooms are so clean. All the staff are so lovely. And the hotel bar!!! I love just sitting here, sipping on a coffee or tea made by our bartender Mr.Tong. If you come here, please ask Mr. TongI LOVE THIS PLACE! I want to come here every year. The rooms are so clean. Stayed here for 4 nights in the month of June 2024, Location is around 10-15 minutes away from Patong beach or bangla walking street. Hotel offers multiple pick up and drop services to the main town , however advance booking is required for the same. We hired scooter from Ta , the tour operator right next to main lobby @ 1000 baht for 4 days and we really enjoyed our rides ( best and easiest and cheapest way ). Wanted to give 5 star ratings to this hotel , however they messed up with my plan to surprise my wife on her birthday which was on 17th June , to provide with flower deco and birthday cake which they provided on the very same day of arrival which was on 15th June ( absolutely disappointing ) , and yes I did not take their cake as it was useless on that day for us. I reminded them again on 17th to provide me with cake to which they said okay and never returned back , neither did I bother them again as it was already ruined.
Coming back to my review about the hotel. The hotel is huge and has 9 buildings in total. We stayed at building 6 which was pretty close to lobby , and other pools and never bothered to call for buggy services even on the date of check out. They have multiple pools with pool bars , jungle pool was my personal favorite , they have kids pool with multiple slides , and other things to play with. Staff try their level best to keep the pool clean but since they are surrounded by lush green they often get dirty. Across the road is the beach which is clean enough but rough for swim, you will not find any good restaurants at walking distance , they have 7/11 one on right and 2 on left , however the distance is between 300 to 400 mtrs which get really tiring due to heat. Hotel is located on kalim bay. Their morning breakfast spread is huge and had multiple options to select from. We did not try their ala-carte menu. They have roof top bar which opens at 5pm and views from above are mind blowing specially if you sit there for sundowner. We got voucher for 1+1 free drink and I enjoyed sipping on LIT while watching sunset.
Overall if you wish to stay in Phuket on a quitter side this is the place for you.

Sara the receptionist lady was very respectful , the room was very clean, everything was great .
