Excellent Hotel In A Central Location Ideal For Sightseeing

The hotel is in a central location so a great base for sightseeing ,easy access to Russell Square tube literally within 5 minutes of the hotel.
We booked a basic triple room with three single beds which included free parking and breakfast .

We booked a basic triple room with three single beds which included free parking and breakfast .
The room we stayed in is basic but more than adequate for a short stay, it has a modern bathroom with excellent shower facility very powerful hot water , small wardrobe, tv, hair dryer, tea/ coffee making facilities.
The beds are very comfortable , the pillows are the best we’ve ever slept on so good that I actually took photographs of the labels so I could order the same pillows when we returned home which I’ve done I can’t wait for them to arrive .
The breakfast facility is excellent and offers a huge choice of food and drinks ,including full English breakfast , cereals, juices eg, the food is good quality and regularly replenished the food is cooked to a high standard , the hotel also has a snack / pizza cafe and pub , the hotel runs like clockwork, staff are very helpful and welcoming.
I feel we received good value for money considering the cost of accommodation in London, if we return I Will definitely book this hotel again .

I've stayed at this hotel twice and both times were fantastic! We were helped by Uthpala during check-in and she was great and offered a free early check-in for us. Comfy beds. Fresh linen and security card operated lifts. Nice location. The Italian restaurant across the road is super.
Breakfast £15/person was plentiful but mediocre. The coffee was bland and the machines broke several times in one session.
Biggest hassle was 2x first floor rooms with plumbing problems.

Our first room bathroom bidet began to overflow with sewage particles when the bathtub was emptying. This was reported - expecting an immediate offer to move rooms - management suggested we STAY in the room and wait for a plumber.
We declined and asked for another room. Again we were allocated a first floor room - this also had a drainage problem (slow emptying bath and basin) but no bidet so the water wasn’t forced back up.
The lobby is with long waits & no seating. The bathrooms need steam extractor fans, tissues, and face washers.
No guest manual so had to guess how turn on the tv and use the safe (placed under the bottom shelf in a wardrobe so instructions were unreadable unless laying on the floor with a torch) . No bedside power points, no usb chargers.

Stay during a bike tour

Nice hotel, good room and a place to store the bicycles safely. Very good connection to the Metro network with the disadvantage that you can hear every Metro reaching the station in the room. Beautiful hotel in the 12th arrondissment, not too far from the Gare de Lyon.
We only stayed one night but would happily return. The room was compact, clean and with a large and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and all staff very friendly and helpful.Beautiful hotel in the 12th arrondissment, not too far from the Gare de Lyon.

Clean, comfortable nice sized room. The bed and pillows were excellent.
Very good breakfast. It felt like a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Overall a really lovely hotel. The breakfast is great with a large selection, the staff are attentive and kind, everything is clean, and we love the efforts for sustainability. Two drawbacks during our stay: the wifi and the room cards. We had numerous troubles using their (very stylish) wooden roomOverall a really lovely hotel. We had numerous troubles using their (very stylish) wooden room cards to where we had to visit the reception 3 times to have them reactivate the key. If any Neya corporate employees are reading this, it was a good decision for brand coherence, but practically, it's not worth it. Additionally, the wifi was unreliable which would have been really inconvenient if we had to work during this trip. For fellow tourists, this quarter of Lisbon is really lovely and local, however, it is a bit far from the points of interest of the city.

The hotel is clean, very neat and tidy, staff very helpful and kind. You can smell elegant fragrance in the hotel. The problem is a bit old-fashion interior ( dark, gloomy and heavy) and standard rooms overlooking ugly inner/backyard. Location is good but not quite what i needed. Superior Suite room was good and bright corner room. Hotel overall is decent in comparison to other overpriced hotels in the city. Mattress comfortable and bed linen above expectations for softness ! Standard Pillows horribly inadequate (hard and puffy) but amLocation is good but not quite what i needed. Standard Pillows horribly inadequate (hard and puffy) but am glad housekeeping did their best to provide 2 softer pillows as requested. Garage in hotel tower is tricky (very narrow). Staff were generally courteous.

Stayed here for 3 nights and really impressed. Really comfortable (and big) bed, lovely large room, great shower and bathroom, and very effective AC. Truly, a hidden gem. We found this hotel on LastMinute at a really good rate, the photos definitely pulling us in. When we got here, the staff were so friendly which made us feel more at ease, and helped with taxi arrangements when we left. The room had more thanTruly, a hidden gem. The room had more than enough space for 2 people, the bed comfy and well presented, shower was AMAZING and overall this was a lovely experience to sleep in. the breakfast in the morning was alright, could be improved, but was warm and tasted good. The only thing that is such a shame is the location. I did not feel safe going out around Athens at all. During the day there are so many drug users on every corner and it is not very nice to see them actively injecting. In the evening, there were a lot of pockets of groups that would loiter and it made me feel uneasy to walk anywhere without my partner. I would keep belongings out of sight and in a safe location.

First Stop in Athens !

This little hidden gem is not only affordable BUT it so adorable! I do mean hidden it’s definitely on one of the smallest streets I’ve seen. BUT there are other pubs and shops there as well sooo cute! The staff is phenomenal and so helpful. The rooftop barThis little hidden gem is not only affordable BUT it so adorable! Trendy Hotel By Athens is a cute boutique hotel. We were pleased with our stay and all the amenities and the most incredible shower / bathroom. The room was a bit tight but had great AC and TV as well as a safe and awesome blower. The breakfast was great lots of options. The location while at first was a bit intimidating coming from the airport and first time in Athens all we saw was graffiti everywhere and we could not believe how much there was so we were a bit skeptical of the area but to be honest it was super safe and walking distance toward the main tourist area 20 minutes to the acropolis and lots of breakfast cafes everywhere along the way and people walking. We had a walkway where there were some bars and shops and another hotel boutique and everyone was super friendly we stopped for a drink and was given one on the house. We called Ubers at times and they pulled up right to the Trendy or to the walkway so overall we had a great stay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and answered our emails for transportation pick up. We would recommend. Thank You Trendy.
