Amazing place, really comfortable, I stay here often and it is perfect for business trips.

We stay here quite a lot for my daughter’s appointments in Crumlin. The rooms are always clean, with a comfortable bed, pillows and a good shower.
The food in the Willow Restaurant is delicious , reasonably priced with good portions. The teriyaki salmon noodle dish is DIVINE!!!

The Aspect is so lucky to have Jodie on the team. She is always so efficient, warm and friendly. She always seem to be keeping the show on the road in the restaurant! Look after her!
The only thing I can never quite understand is how a bed for the 3rd person is only a camp bed on the floor rather than an actual single bed. This is most peculiar and uncomfortable for a grown adult to sleep on.

We were a group of 29 guests from Finland. The hotel was pleasant and the rooms were clean and quiet with excellent beds. However, the air conditioning was minor and the humidity stayed in the room most of the day after showering in the morning. Providing two types of pillowsWe were a group of 29 guests from Finland. The staff and customer service was a bit uptight, but relevant. We ate dinner every evening at the hotel. Each dinner had also a vegetarian option, which was nice. The breakfast lacked variation, and the croissants and some other caterings ran out every morning. But, it made its case.

The restaurant is wonderful! Food was so fresh and the portions big. The dessert was amazing, they had this toffee on cookie dessert. WOW. Nishant is the chef and we had the lamb and fish and chips. Could not have been better.

Staff is very friendly, Veronica in the dining room, our waiter and the young lady who checked us in were both noteworthy, just didn’t get their names.
Our room is very comfortable. Everything we need!
This is the last night of our stay in Ireland….what a way to cap off a wonderful vacation!

My husband and I stayed in a superior suite in the Brehon for 2 nights in late September 2024. The suite was very huge, the shower was spacious and the water pressure excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were lovely particularly the reception staff and the breakfast was really good. It's about a 20/25 minute walk into the town and a taxi into the town is roughly 10 euro. To be honest I don't know what some of the reviews saying the hotel is dated are about we thought the hotel was really nice and well maintained, the bar, restaurant were we had breakfast and the reception/ lobby area were decorated beautifully and I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing break

We had an amazing time at The Brehon, the hotel was lovely and the room was out of this world. Sasha in the bar was so professional and friendly, as were all the staff at the hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights as part of our tour of Ireland, it was the priciest hotel we were staying in so I had high hopes. Sadly we were disappointed. I booked a suite which was quite tired. I booked a suite which was quite tired. The patio doors on our balcony wouldn’t close properly, I pointed this out within an hour of arrival and was assured that the facility staff would see to it. It was still not repaired by the time we left. As a result there was the noise of traffic passing by late into the night which impacted on our sleep. There was a dressing table with no lighting, so impossible to do hair and make up properly as was too dark.
Some of the serving staff in the restaurant could do with some customer care training as they weren’t even able to crack a smile. I ordered eggs Benedict one morning, and they arrived on a barely toasted muffin, and the eggs were poached solid and were inedible.
Out of the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip, we both agree that the Brehon provided least value for money.

Can't fault any aspect of our stay. Lovely hotel room, facilities, breakfast, dining and friendly staff. Good location in Killarney close to centre but away from the congested high street. The general staff were very pleasant though the odd member of the waiting staff did not seem to communicate the orders correctly.
The room was quite large and comfortable apart from the broken bed lights. We arrived on a Friday and they could not get them fixed until the Monday.

We had a great time at the hotel Woodstock. Nice Irish Inn, beautiful setting and the food was some of the best we had in Ireland. Especially want to commend Oisin and Declan, friendly and funny and we looked forward seeing them

We were a large group of 25 people staying for 5 nights and from beginning to end, we were treated with courtesy, kindness and helpfulness.

But it was the staff that really stood out. Every one of them (without exception) were friendly and helpful but particular mention has to be given to Sinead on reception in this regard.

This is bliss. We have not experienced hospitality at this grand scale in a very long time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was amazing and the food was AAA+
The beds were very comfortble and the pillows we firm, yet fluffy.
