The hotel was great, friendly staff, nice clean room. My only comment is that there was no soap at the bathroom sink, had to use the shower gel provided. My evening meal waiter 'Prince' was great, very polite, the meal was awesome, so thumbs up for the chef too!The hotel was great, friendly staff, nice clean room. Excellent hotel in every aspect with a fast transfer to central London

Excellent experience starting right at the front desk. Large room with a silent and effective AC. Nice breakfast, especially the hot options, very good value for the money. Staff is attentive. ThamesLink provides a fast and convenient connection to central London. Parking nearby priced very reasonably. At least one niceExcellent experience starting right at the front desk. Regularly stay for business and leisure. Clean, comfortable and a nice space to escape the noise.
Always feel welcome and has become a bit of a home from home.

Bar and restaurant are superb, although I don't eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast, the occasional evening meal I have had were good. Although, there are other places I would choose in the area.
Staff are extremely flexible and do anything to make stay comfortable.
My only minor complaint is all the heavy fire doors on the rooms can be a little loud when they close, or slam, during the morning rush out of the hotel, or late night returns.
Definitely a good choice if staying in Croydon. Close to the centre and convenient for East Croydon Train Station

Great location less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, restaurants and bars. Local supermarket just along the road. The room was immaculate and a great size with a comfy bed and we got a good night's sleep. The staff were great and I particularly liked that you could buy drinks from the fridge after the bar had closed. Breakfast was OK - had ran out of bacon, eggs and apple juice by the time we arrived were also a lot of dirty tables but staff were working very hard.
We had a great stay and would happily stay again but I've knocked a star off what would otherwise have been a 5 star review due to the use of dynamic pricing - we booked on the day and when I went to check the room type again it was £30 less than I had paid. At check-in I was told there was nothing they could do so I filled in a price match report only to be told they only price match against 3rd party bookings and then very coldly sent a link to the terms and conditions. I feel a bit ripped off knowing if I had booked later or through a 3rd party it would have been £30 cheaper which has put a bit of a downer on what was otherwise a really good experience

Our return visit to this lovely hotel did not disappoint! We received a very warm welcome return from the Receptionist on arrival. We arrived around 3.30 pm and we were delighted to hear that our room was ready for us. We arrived around 3.30 pm and we were delighted to hear that our room was ready for us. Within ten minutes we received a phone call from reception asking if everything was good with our room and if we were happy with it. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled so fresh we were well pleased. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The bedroom was also very quiet which was brilliant.
The wheelchair accessible bathroom was excellent with suitable handrails around the toilet and shower area. The floor was non slip too. The shower itself was excellent very easy to use and to control the temperature. Great water pressure also if you needed it. We choose to eat in the bar and the menu was very good with good variety of food choices. All of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly courteous and efficient. The Brehon is an excellent choice of hotel if you are attending a show in the nearby INEC at the Gleneagle.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food choices both hot and cold everything was really fresh.

Stayed here for 2 nights in August, pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a fabulous suite! The hotel is located on the edge of Killarney, with a 2 euro shuttle bus from the INEC next door to the town centre. The hotel is located on the edge of Killarney, with a 2 euro shuttle bus from the INEC next door to the town centre. From the moment we checked in, we experienced a luxury stay, with great facilities and the spa was excellent. We dined in the Brehon bar one evening, friendly service with quality food on offer. Staff were extremely friendly and we really enjoyed our mini-break in Killarney.

The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. We had a king sized bed, but my husband was having trouble sleeping and we asked if we could possibly add a rollaway. Not only did they provide us with one, they made it up so nicely and it was such a nice thing to come back to after a long day of exploring the Ring of Kerry. The hotel breakfast was great and room service was so helpful. Shout out to the sticky pudding dessert and, of course, the Guinness.

Wonderful rooms and staff. Had a problem with our room only one bed instead of two. The issue was fixed so quickly it really wasn’t an issue. All staff were so friendly and helpful. A really first class stay. Room was fresh, very comfortable and well seviced. Food is top class. Staff are very friendly, attentive and very courteous. We particularly loved the foyer with its luxurious couches and open fires - home from home. Will be back again - soon we hope.A really first class stay. Excellent staff, Kiran at the reception desk was super! Room are clean and spacious and pillows and bed sheet are comfortable.

We stayed here for one night. It is not near any other pubs or restaurants (we knew that when booking) so we had dinner in the Hotel restaurant. I had the pasta carbonara while my wife had the Slow roasted beef. OMG, fantastic food, every bite was a treat. VeryWe stayed here for one night. OMG, fantastic food, every bite was a treat. Very good value at less than €20 for most main courses. The restaurant staff were very friendly and we were well looked after. The room itself was big albeit a bit warm but ok if you kick off the quilt. Will be back, thanks again. p.s. we had to pay a holding deposit on the room of €50 which I put on the credit card. On checkout we found out that this €50 will be held for a few days. Had we known that I would have given €50 cash and got that back on checkout. But that minor blip would not put us off staying there again.

This Hotel is very Nice. The Front desk very helpful, being 1/2 hour away for Dublin city center. The room with King bed is comfortable. Pillows are a little flat. You would not get out of the Shower if the water was hotter. Now for the WILLOW Bar & Restaurant.This Hotel is very Nice. The Front desk very helpful, being 1/2 hour away for Dublin city center. The Manager Ash very accommodating, Jodie is AMAZING she is very informative about the Menu and local places. My Wife really enjoyed the Bartender Riva serves wonderful drinks and good conversation. I Highly recommend coming here for fine dining at moderate prices.
