Very close to Paddington stations and pubs, nice and reserved receptionists, overall clean structure. Very quiet at night. The room size was ok, only the passage to the second bed was very very narrow.

Norfolk Towers is a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station which was perfect for us on a short layover in London as there is a train there that can get you to Heathrow in 20 minutes. The hotel is also a quick walk to Hyde Park and is surrounded by

The hotel is also a quick walk to Hyde Park and is surrounded by great restaurants and pubs. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are small, but very clean and well appointed. They have a lovely dining area for breakfast. Would recommend!

We like the Norfolk Towers Hotel we went for a couple of days in the week to do stuff in London. It’s ideally placed near Paddington is clean comfortable and tidy and the breakfast is jolly good.

One of the best boutique hotels in London!

We stayed here in July 2024 and at first we were pleasantly surprised at how amazing this hotel is.
My Mother and I stayed in an Executive Twin room located in the renovated section of the hotel. Our room was 320.

We noticed upon arrival that the room was small but we quickly realized how functional it really was.
One thing I can say is that the pictures don't match the in person description of the room. As well, the rooms are small so book an Executive Room.
I would also suggest booking an Executive Twin if you have one person as the single rooms are quite tiny. Our room was intended for 2 people but it was a bit more comfortable for 1.
During our visit, my mother sprained her ankle. I want to take a moment to mention that the Manager Joao and his staff were extremely attentive to our changed situation.
When she was injured, they gave us buckets of ice regularly for her. They helped us with food deliveries for her and they even helped me carry items to the room for her!
The staff were incredible and made her feel cared for. We couldn't have done this without their hell and it meant alot to us both.
She was upset because of her injury but the staff here went above and beyond to help her!
The Housekeeping staff were incredible. They clean the rooms daily which made life bearable.
One weird thing is the connection between the two hotel sections. The newer section is separate from the older part and connected via an alleyway between them.
One other thing to note is that the staff will hold your bags before and after checking in/out.
Oh and note that the hotel only does breakfast not dinner or lunch.
For food outside, we went to Costa and La Tazza Cafe both on Praed Street. The food at La Tazza is phenomenal and it is close.
Thank you Norfolk Towers staff. We will definitely be booking here in the future! ❤️

Very small rooms, dodgy area, too far out of the city and staff unhelpful.

You should stay in the city to really get the Paris experience.

Was a little worried after seeing other reviews that the hotel is in a shady area but me and my two female family members felt safe! The guy on reception was super friendly and the room we stayed in was massive. We had the quadruple room with a double and two singles and couldnt fault it. Our only small issue is we stayed over the weekend and at 6.30am on Sunday morning lots of people came out of the subway and were chatting loudly by the metro station. Other than that, the location was fab and the metro lines takes you straight to the Louvre.

Rooms are clean but unfortunately we got shoved to the top corner and our room was absolutely tiny so couldn’t stay in there long.
The decor is lovely and modern/retro.
Prices for drinks are unbelievable we only have one drink there and then found else where unfortunately.
Metro just round the corner and was easy to get to many attractions.
Boom boom Villette is lovely and fab in the evenings highly recommend going there especially if you have kids.
Lots of bars restaurants and shops around the hotel which is a bonus there is an Italian across the road which we highly recommend.
Probably wounding stay again tho as the noise at night and in the morning was horrendous and we didn’t get much sleep.

I loved the decor of this hotel. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good. It is right by a metro station which made transportation a breeze. Would stay here again. There are many restaurants in the area as well. The vibe is eclectic and young.

The location of the hotel is good. Just a few steps from the metro and very close to Boom Boom Villette, which is a throughly enchanting place.
There is a McDonalds nearby for an easy meal, a couple of supermarkets in easy reach, which were absolutely needed as the room

There is a McDonalds nearby for an easy meal, a couple of supermarkets in easy reach, which were absolutely needed as the room had no water, or milk to go with the complimentary tea and coffee. unfortunately the tea, coffee and sugar was not replenished during our stay.
The hand soap, shower gel and shampoo were of very good quality.
People have complained that the area doesn’t seem very safe, it’s true there were scores of vagrants and streetwalkers but they didn’t trouble us or anyone, they just seem to get on with what they are doing in the background.
We are a family of four and we stayed in room 222 which was very spacious for children and could sleep six.
