Small bed in some rooms. We had to claim the room. the toilet is missing a cleaning brush. hard bread for breakfast on Sunday

Very nice and cozy hotel. Beds are really comfortable but can be a bit bigger. Breakfast is good and diverse. Close to the metro or to the Barcelona City Bus

Staying at Ilunion Bel Art was a pleasure. The room is beautiful and very well planned. Very contemporary and modern. Large shower with a rain-shower head. The staff are exceptional. They answered every question and were friendly and patient. Breakfast buffet offers a variety of items so anyone can find something they will like. This hotel is conveniently located for visiting the Sagrada Familia Basilica. It's also a short walk to a metro station. There are restaurants and shops nearby. All in all, this was one of the best hotels I've ever visited. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is in walking distance to most places which is great. Super clean, comfortable and very quiet, staff were very friendly. The restaurant was not open for dinner only breakfast not sure if this is a seasonal thing. Breakfast was good and constantly being refilled. The only drawback is that it says it has International TV but in our room there was only Spanish. An English channel even if just the news would have been nice. I appreciate we were in Spain but the description on the website should maybe be changed.

nice stay, amazing breakfast, clean room. there was no noise from the street, so we slept well. Hotel is situated 10 mins from Sagrada. We enjoyed our vacation. as we could not wait for breakfast, we had picnics and it was also fine.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and hotel is conveniently located to the Congresso conference venue. But hotel. Is looking its age: worn carpeting and tired paint. The phone in my room didn’t work, there was a hole in the bathroom door that was carelessly patched, no toiletries other than hand soap and a shampoo/body soap combination, no coffeemaker in room. But the worst thing was the hair that I found on the bathroom floor and shower walls. Ugh. Definitely not what I’d expect from a$150 room.

Lovely hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great service! We especially want to thank Elise and Deivid who took excellent care of our family in the restaurant! All front desk people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well and we had a great stay. Thank you so much!

On entrance the hotel looks amazing. Once you leave that area, the carpet leading to the rooms are dated and stained. The room is very basic, except for the bathroom, which is amazing. The fridge did not smell very nice, and this over powered the room whenever it was opened. There was no kettle, tea, coffee or iron in the room. They only offered an ironing service. Breakfast was included, and was very nice. The gym was excellent.

We stayed in the hotel 3 nights. Everything was perfect, staff very kind. It was a pleasant surprise to discover their outstanding work on inclusion. When we learned about it, we loved it even more. There is a metro station very near and it takes some 35 minutes to reach the city center. We rented a car, so the parking was important. There was lot of places and it is really affordable, 16 €/day. All in all, great experience.
